Aydın YURDUM In 1980 started his duty on textile sector by setting up ADIDAS garment production in Turkey, he continued as founder general manager of BATA shoe organisation. Eventual, he took over Turkey’s prior Shopping Center’s leasing and managament Company ECE TURKEY’s General Manager position. Aydın YURDUM is still Chairman of avm mfi partners which is a partnership with mfi AG and Avm Partners founded in 2006 March by Aydın YURDUM, Tarkan ANDER and Dora ŞAHİNTÜRK.
	Dr. Christina WEISS Dr. Christina Weiss is employed at the company of mfi AG since 1995 and is filling diffe¬rent positions, i. e. as Project Manager, Authorized Officer, Area Ma¬nager for Controlling and Organization; since January 2004 she is member of the Executive Board, responsible for Controlling and the Global Expansion. Since 2008, she is also Vice-President of avm mfi partners which is a partnership with mfi AG and Avm Partners.
	Tarkan ANDER Started his high school education in Maarif College, continued with London Schiller American University, completed with Bilkent University Managament department in 1996. Started his career at EFES PILSEN as Market Research Supervisor continued with CEFIC TURKEY Leasing Manager, ECE TURKEY Head of Leasing Department and MULTITURKMALL Leasing Director. He is still Board Member of avm mfi partners which is a partnership with mfi AG and Avm Partners founded in 2006 March by Aydın YURDUM, Tarkan ANDER and Dora ŞAHİNTÜRK.
	Dora ŞAHİNTÜRK Started his high school education in Toronto and Maarif College, continued with University of Maryland, completed with Marmara University Managament department in 1998. Started his career at EFES PILSEN as Market Research Supervisor continued with ULUTRANS Marketing Manager, CEFIC TURKEY Shopping Center Manager, Manager in ARKAS HOLDING and Leasing manager in ECE TURKEY. He is still Board Member of avm mfi partners which is a partnership with mfi AG and Avm Partners founded in 2006 March by Aydın YURDUM, Tarkan ANDER and Dora ŞAHİNTÜRK.
	Matthias BÖNİNG Beginning of 2008, Matthias Böning became CEO of mfi AG. Already since January 2003 he was a member of the executive board and then and now responsible for the domain "planning and project management". Since April 2006 he became spokesman of the board and since 1 January 2008 CEO and accordingly responsible for the coordination of the board as well as for public relations. Before joining the mfi board he worked at the Hochtief Construction AG for 19 years and finally as chairman of the general management for the area north-west. Since 2008, he is still Board Member of avm mfi partners which is a partnership with mfi AG and Avm Partners.
	Dr. Marcus.U HÜTTERMANN Dr. Marcus.U Hüttermann is a graduate in business administration. He worked for Douglas Immobilien KG as CEO. In 2009, he moved to mfi as COO responsible from leasing&center management. Since 2009, he has been the Board member. Since 2010, he is also Board Member of avm mfi partners which is a partnership with mfi AG and Avm Partners.
